A 30-Day Meditation Challenge

Join me for a 30-day online meditation journey starting Sunday, September 8th at 8:00AM EST. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or brand new to the practice, this group experience is like hitting the reset button after the sultry, warm days of summer. 

Benefits of a Consistent Meditation Practice May Include:

  • Improved focus and concentration

  • Decrease in stress and anxiety

  • Cultivating a steady, meditative, non-reactive mind

  • Learning to work with the qualities of "what is" as opposed to resisting or fighting against it

  • Turning the mind into an ally

Structure for the 30 days:

  • We will meet once a week on Zoom, every Sunday for an hour to share and practice together

  • During our time I will share a concept or technique for you to reflect on and/or practice

  • In-between our sessions, the intention is for you to cultivate a consistent daily meditation practice

  • Cost to join is $20 which can be sent via e-transfer 

  • Max. participants for this container is 20 people
